Chatham Villas: $120/night per Villa*
Chatham Manor: $150/night*
*Taxes and pool heat included in rates
We are licensed by the Florida Department of Revenue for not more than 6 persons per Chatham Villa; Chatham Manor 8 persons.
Check in time is 4:00pm. Check out time is 10:00am.
Due to family members with allergies, no smoking or pets are allowed on any of the Chatham premises. Thank you for your cooperation!
