About Us

 

Whether your idea of a vacation is relaxing  poolside or making it a Disney vacation of a lifetime, we have the  accommodations for you and your family. Our vacation rentals are located  in Chatham Park, Kissimmee, Florida; an upscale, well maintained, and security guarded  community.   It's centrally located putting you minutes away from Disney  World, EPCOT, Disney MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios,  Sea World, and two  Super Wal-Marts.
 


Chatham  Villa One  accommodates up to six with three bedrooms, while our two-story, Chatham Manor, located a few doors down from Chatham  Villa One  offers accommodations for those with a larger family or wanting  more relaxation space as it offers accommodations for up to eight  persons. Chatham Manor's pool overlooks an attractive pond offering  wonderful nightly sunsets.
